Return Policy

Returns

We check every product carefully before sending it out. Our seeds are tested on different quality measures so you get the best possible results. We make sure they are suitable for their intended purpose.
However, if you are not fully happy with what you receive, here’s how you can return it.

  • You may return any product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. If you do not contact us within this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by you, and these charges are non-refundable.
  • You can choose to have the returned item replaced or to receive a refund.

Exchange

  • If you want to exchange your product, email us at care@mtseedbank.in explaining the reason and mentioning the product you would like in exchange.
  • Before we can send the replacement, you must return the original product to: Nanda Devi Naturals, Nanda ki chowki, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
  • The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (it must be unused, with packaging intact), we will send the replacement.

Refund

  • If you prefer a refund, please send us an email at care@mtseedbank.in with your order number, product name, and bank details.
  • Refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be processed after we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition with no signs of use or damage.
  • If we sent you the wrong item, you will receive a full refund, including the shipping cost.
  • Refunds can take up to 7 days to process from our side. The actual time for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time.

Refunds are given only in the following cases:

  1. We sent you the wrong item.
  2. The product was damaged or lost during shipping before it reached you.
  3. The product is different from its description on our website, or there was a pricing error that caused you to be charged more than the listed price.
