  • Slightly curved, virtually spineless pods range from 9 to 12″ long.
  • Pods mature from light green to creamy yellow-green and have a mild, sweet flavour.
  • Each packet contains15 heirloom seeds.

Growing Information:

  • Soak okra seeds for 2 hrs in warm water before planting to aid germination.
  • Sow seeds from March to May in well-draining soil.
  • Space okra plants 12-18 inches apart
  • Harvest okra pods when they are 3-4 inches long for the most tender and flavorful results.

    Good germination. Simple to grow. Enjoys hot weather, plants reached about 5 feet tall, and lots of pods appeared once it settled in.

    Interesting okra. They’re incredibly tender, even if they’re a bit too big for picking they don’t get fibrous.
