The Hindu Kush has been the parent strain of many hybrids therefore it is often referred to as the ‘grandmother of all cannabis’ and it is very popular among breeders.
This mighty landrace produces a thick coat of crystal trichomes. This strain delivers good yield and it is resistant to diseases and mould.

The Hindu Kush is best suited for indoor growing but was originally grown outdoors. Huge wide deep green leaves, some phenotypes have purple shades of leaves, due to the plant pigment called anthocyanins being activated by cold weather during the vegetative stage.
Heavy resin producer, early maturation, and good yield are features of this strain. The Hindu Kush is strong and reliable, producing a fast harvest of thick Afghani buds even in the hands of a novice grower.

I successfully germinated one of my seeds and it currently has it’s cotyledons and first set of serrated leaves ? Plant is super bushy and as healthy as it can be. Very resilient and looks like it will yield generously. Delivery was just as promised and no issues whatsoever and I am not in a green state. Very pleased!

Unfortunately, only 3 of the 5 seeds germinated. I germinated them in soil to ease the transition process to the growing medium. Since this is my first time I am not sure what to expect.
