Uses:
The color and the flavor have both been wonderful. Use fresh or raw, it doesn’t matter! Use similarly to spinach and kale.
Don’t throw out the stems, eat the whole thing, unlike Kale’s hard rib these are a delicacy in themselves.
Pink Swiss chard is a nutritional powerhouse an excellent source of vitamins K, A, and C, as well as a good source of magnesium, potassium, iron, and dietary fiber.
It can be enjoyed raw in salads or on sandwiches or wraps, braised, boiled, sautéed or added to soups and casseroles.
