Pomelo (Yellow Pulp)

Low acidity gives yellow pomelos their sweet and sour flavor.

The blossoms are aromatic and yellow-white in color, and they can be single or in clusters.

Pomelos are abundant throughout the winter. When at least half of the skin has changed color, the pomelos are ready to be harvested.
