Rajasthani Methi (Fenugreek)

75.00

This variety has bigger, golden-yellow seeds compared to the smaller ones in Kasuri methi, making it more suited for spice and medicinal use.

Unlike the strong aroma of Kasuri methi, Rajasthani methi has a milder fragrance and slightly less bitterness, which makes it versatile in cooking.

Predominantly cultivated in Rajasthan and other arid regions, it thrives in well-drained soil and dry conditions.

Commonly used in spice blends, pickles, and Ayurvedic remedies, thanks to its digestive and anti-inflammatory properties.
