Sowing and growing instructions for Coreopsis:

  • Put the seeds into individual pots as soon as the first true leaf appears and plant outdoors after the last expected frosts.
  • Planting distance approx 20 cm.
  • It is sown in Spring and Summer. Transplant when the seedlings reach about 12 cm. Normal irrigations in the crop and frequent in the flowering season.
  • If you have a hot summer, enough moisture will have to be supplied to the soil.
  • Special attention should be paid to the levels of organic matter. If necessary, mix the soil well with compost or manure prior to planting.
  •  Use neem oil to protect it from fungi infection.
