Propagation is the process of growing roots from plant clipping. It’s a cycle that never really ends. Saridex Rooting hormones act as a catalyst for the new roots and protect the cuttings from fungus and diseases that may have been introduced during the cutting process. It has a high concentration of rooting hormone (AIB, Butyric indol acid). Ideal for facilitating the rooting of naturally difficult to root plant. Saridex rooting hormone is best for promoting root growth in softwood and semi-hardwood cuttings. Makes a cutting grow faster. Anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Let the propagation begin!
Usage:
- Get healthy cutting of new growth from the plant.
- Cut a 45-degree angle right under a set of buds to have an approx 5′ – 6′ long cutting (from tip to cut).
- Gently remove mos leaves except for about 2-3.
- Dip the base of the cutting in water, then into Saridex rooting hormone powder.
- Plant the cutting in soil.

I haven’t had any results on hardwood plants so I’m not sure it works for hardwood. But it works on soft cuttings.
